Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for closures
- Handle lead generation and client acquisition activities
- Schedule meetings and present company services to potential clients
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing requirements and business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Maintain daily activity reports and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Basic understanding of sales and business development
- Knowledge of recruitment/staffing industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Email Communication
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
