Job Description
- Assess customer inquiries, requirements, and market trends to define scope of work and establish competitive pricing parameters.
- Prepare accurate quotations aligned with customer specifications, pricing guidelines, and company policies, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Maintain updated pricing databases, product catalogues, and vendor details while conducting market analysis for cost optimization.
- Review and negotiate terms with customers, ensure timely submission of quotations, and follow up to clarify or negotiate as required.
- Monitor quotation status, maintain documentation, and support the sales team in converting quotations into sales orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; preferred experience in quotation preparation, pricing analysis, or sales/procurement roles.
- 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong ability to work with complex pricing structures, financial data, and market dynamics.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with pricing practices, regulatory requirements, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic business conditions.
