🔧 About Us
Vikin Electronics is an emerging Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company specializing in PCB Assembly, Box Build, and end-to-end manufacturing solutions for global clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in EMS/PCB assembly space
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, startups, and industrial clients
• Handle inbound & outbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations
• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events
🧠 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development (EMS/Electronics preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of electronics/PCB assembly is a plus
• Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation
