Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating growth strategies to expand the company’s reach. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives by fostering partnerships and understanding client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of Business operations with a focus on designing and implementing growth strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Account Management to oversee and develop lasting client partnerships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the eLearning or education industry will be an advantage
