We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen the company’s B2B business development and sales operations. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for generating new business leads, developing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and driving product sales across assigned territories in Gujarat region.
The role requires extensive travelling and regular customer visits for business generation, market expansion, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate shall coordinate closely with internal backend teams to ensure seamless sales coordination, customer satisfaction, and service support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory/region.
- Generate new leads through customer visits, networking, market research, references, and industrial contacts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, transformer manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, and industrial customers.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Visit customers regularly to understand requirements and develop strong professional relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving concerns in coordination with internal departments.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Sales Coordination & Territory Management
- Manage complete sales activities for the assigned region/territory.
- Coordinate with backend sales, dispatch, production, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely communication regarding order status, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Prepare territory-wise sales plans and achieve assigned targets.
- Product Portfolio Management
The incumbent shall be responsible for sales and promotion of the complete product portfolio of the Company, including:
- Super Enamelled Wire & Strips
- Bare & Bunched Cable
- Paper Insulated Copper Conductor
- Paper Insulated Aluminium Conductor
- Copper Busbar
- Copper Foil
- Copper Nuggets
- Copper Rod
- Continuously Transposed Conductors (CTC)
- PV Ribbon
- Any other products manufactured / traded by the Company from time to time.
- Reporting & MIS
- Maintain regular sales reports, visit reports, lead pipeline, and customer feedback records.
- Update CRM / ERP systems regularly with customer interactions and business status.
- Submit weekly / monthly activity reports to management.

Travel Requirement
- Extensive / Maximum Travelling Required
- Must be flexible for frequent customer visits within assigned region / territory and outside as per business requirements that’s why looking for local candidate who has market knowledge of the area.
Work Model
- Office as well as Hybrid Working Model
- Candidate may work from assigned territory/region and shall be required to visit the Office as and when required during the month.
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates having experience in electrical, copper conductor, transformer, cable, winding wire, power, metal, or industrial manufacturing sectors shall be preferred.
