Ventes Avenues is expanding its International Performance Marketing & Sales team!

🔹 Opening 1: Business Development Executive (1–2 Years Experience)
What you’ll do:
- Build & manage international advertiser/affiliate partnerships
- Drive new business across CPI, CPA, CPL & CPS models
- Negotiate deals, payouts & long-term commercial terms
- Work closely with internal teams on campaign setup, tracking & billing
- Analyze performance and optimize for revenue growth
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
What you need:
- 1–2 years’ experience in performance/affiliate marketing or digital sales
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS models
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with global time zones
🔹 Opening 2: Business Development Intern (Paid Internship | Fresher)
What you’ll do:
- Support BD team in onboarding advertisers & affiliate partners
- Assist in campaign coordination, documentation & tracking
- Conduct global market & competitor research
- Help with reporting, analysis & performance tracking
- Learn end-to-end performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS)
What you need:
- Fresher (Graduate/PG) passionate about digital marketing
- Good communication & basic analytical skills
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to join immediately (Onsite)
