Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued growth.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven track record in lead generation and new business development.
Strong business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and negotiation.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions.
Knowledge of the natural products industry is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
