Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and continuous growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven experience in lead generation and new business acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
- Knowledge of the natural products industry is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
