Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities include conducting market and account research, developing tailored pitches for FMCG brands, and supporting the design of growth proposals in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, participating in virtual client presentations, and coordinating smooth handoffs to account management and delivery teams. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback to improve sales tactics and growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen, particularly within FMCG, growth consulting, or related sectors.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, confident virtual presentations, and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in Account Management or client relationship management, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnership growth.
- Comfort working in a remote, performance-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools to track outreach, opportunities, and conversion metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in B2B services, growth marketing, or FMCG business development is highly advantageous.
