Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Fresher) who will help convert leads into revenue for VeloExim’s services.
The role involves engaging with brands, manufacturers, and MSMEs to understand their business and help them grow through Amazon and export opportunities using VeloExim solutions.
You will work closely with the founder and internal teams (research, operations, procurement) to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery for clients.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Conversion & Sales
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads for VeloExim services.
- Convert prospects into paying customers for:
- Amazon India Onboarding
- Amazon India Account Management
- Amazon International Expansion
- Export Business Intelligence packages
- Conduct discovery calls and understand business needs.
2. Client Outreach
- Meet brands, manufacturers, and MSMEs to introduce VeloExim services.
- Educate businesses about opportunities in Amazon and global exports.
- Build relationships with local manufacturing clusters and entrepreneurs.
3. Client Onboarding
- Assist clients during onboarding for Amazon and export services.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Research Team (market insights)
- Operations Team (execution)
- Procurement & Export Teams
- Ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively.
5. Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities among exporters and manufacturers.
- Help expand VeloExim’s network of brands and exporters.
Who Should Apply
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Interest in exports, international trade, or e-commerce
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and entrepreneurs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and eager to learn
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA (Supply Chain / Logistics / International Business preferred)
