Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive with 1–1.5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
- Present company services/products to clients and negotiate deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline and records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Experience
- As Business Development with 1–1.5 yrs of EXP
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
