Role Overview
We are looking for a business development executive with 3–5 years of experience in the services industry who can confidently represent our offerings and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
- Understand client requirements and propose the right solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closing → relationship management)
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain transparency and avoid any form of mis-selling
Required Expertise
You should have hands-on experience selling or understanding:
- Website Development Services
- Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media)
- Marketplace Listing (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Automation Services
- Accounting & Financial Services
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Client-first mindset with ethical approach
- Ability to build trust and close high-quality deals
- Self-driven and target-oriented
Salary Range (Market-Aligned)
Based on current market standards in Mumbai:
👉 ₹4 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives
