Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, establishing and managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and an ability to drive business growth while collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Experience with Lead Generation tools and strategies to maximize client engagement
- Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Excellent Communication skills, with a focus on verbal and written delivery, as well as presentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
- Relevant experience in the engineering, construction, or BIM industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
- A proactive approach, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
