We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive responsible for converting qualified leads into paying customers and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
- Prior sales experience is a plus
