Job Title: Business Development Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and generate leads for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
Conduct client meetings and property site visits
Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with potential clients to close sales
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal execution
Maintain records of leads, clients, and sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
