Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services & Gaming Solutions
Location: On-site- LUCKNOW
Employment Type: Full-Time
This role is for serious sales professionals who understand how to generate revenue in a competitive services business.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Sold IT or technology services
- Handled objections and rejection professionally
- Negotiated commercial terms confidently
- Closed deals independently under pressure
Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is simple:
Generate revenue through successful client acquisition and deal closures.
This is a high-ownership role focused on business growth, client conversion, and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Independently generate qualified leads through:
- Cold calling
- Cold emailing
- LinkedIn outreach
- Networking and referrals
-Pitch and sell IT and creative technology services, including:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Game Development
- 3D Modeling & Rendering
- Animation & Motion Graphics
- UI/UX Design Services
- AR/VR & Interactive Solutions
-Manage the complete sales lifecycle:
- Prospecting
- Qualification
- Discovery meetings
- Proposal discussions
- Negotiation
- Closure
-Close mid to high-ticket service projects ranging from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹25 Lakhs+.
-Work directly with founders and technical teams to finalize project scope, pricing, and delivery expectations.
-Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, CRM updates, and revenue forecasting.
-Consistently achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services, software services, digital solutions, or creative technology services.
- Demonstrated experience in independently closing client projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with founders, business owners, CTOs, and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of IT and digital service businesses.
- Ability to convert technical offerings into clear business value for clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working without constant supervision
