💼 Position: Business Development Executive
🧑💼 Experience: 1–3 Years (IT Industry experience only)
🕚 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads for IT services.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development within an IT company.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services and B2B sales.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
