About Us
USAIS (US Area Immigration Services) is the India operations arm of a US-based global mobility and business advisory firm. We work closely with our US offices — Bay Area Immigration Services (BAIS) in California — to provide end-to-end US mobility assistance, case management, and client support services.
Our Zirakpur team coordinates directly with US-based team and clients during US business hours, operating on a fixed night shift schedule.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our night shift team in Zirakpur. This role involves direct coordination with our US offices, client communication, and supporting immigration documentation processes. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in US immigration, international policies, or global mobility and communicates confidently in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication related to US immigration documentation processes, visa categories, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with BAIS team in the US for case updates, follow-ups, and client queries
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely task completion
- Meet monthly performance targets in a structured, KPI-driven environment
Requirements
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in immigration consulting, legal support, paralegal work, LPO, sales, or international BPO
- Fresh graduates with strong English skills and genuine interest in immigration or international law may also apply
- Educational background in BA LLB, BBA, BA Political Science, BA International Relations, or B.Com preferred
- Candidates from CBSE / ICSE schooling background preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English — comfortable communicating with US-based clients and teams
- Willingness to work a fixed night shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
