Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and contributing to the growth of the company. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, meeting with clients to understand their needs, creating tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, approach, and acquire new clients.
- Strong Business and Account Management skills to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively present solutions, negotiate deals, and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
