The Role: Growth & Partnerships
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive for our HQ office in Bangalore who doesn't just want a 9-to-5, but wants to own a territory and build a greener future. You won't just be selling a service; you’ll be consulting companies on how to become more sustainable.
What you’ll be doing:
- The Hunt: Identifying and breaking into new markets (Corporates, Tech Parks, and Startups) that need responsible disposal solutions.
- The Partnership: Moving beyond "vendor" status to become a trusted Sustainability Partner for our clients.
- The Strategy: Navigating complex negotiations and closing high-value contracts for e-waste and battery disposal.
- The Onboarding: Managing the lifecycle of a deal—from the first "Hello" to the final certificate of destruction.
- The Feedback Loop: Working directly with our operations team to ensure our collection and channelization are world-class.
- Who You AreA Natural Communicator:
- You can pitch to a CEO or a Facilities Manager with equal ease and clarity.
- The 0-2 Year Specialist: You have a background in Sales or BD (experience in Waste Management/SaaS/Logistics is a huge bonus).
- Resilient: You view "No" as just the start of a negotiation.
