Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive (BDE) who has a strong background in international B2B sales, particularly in IT services and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and skilled at closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert international leads (US, UK, UAE, etc.)
- Pitch and sell Web Development & Digital Marketing services
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for seamless delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in International B2B Sales (IT/Digital Services)
- Proven track record of successful deal closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & Web Development services
- Experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, or cold outreach is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven mindset
