About Univive
Univive is a fast‑expanding international education organisation dedicated to empowering students with global education opportunities. With strong partnerships across top UK universities, we specialise in student recruitment, agent network development, and high‑quality application support.
As we scale our operations in West India, we are looking for dynamic business development professionals who can manage and grow our partner ecosystem across the region.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving UK student recruitment across West India by developing a strong agent network, onboarding new partners, and supporting them through the entire recruitment cycle. The role requires strong market knowledge, the ability to manage multiple cities/states, and close collaboration with the Reporting Manager for planning, strategy, and achievement of regional targets.
This is a performance‑driven role suited for someone who can independently manage a territory while maintaining strong internal coordination.

- Provide onboarding orientation covering Univive’s processes, UK university partners, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Build a high‑quality, productive agent network in each major South Indian city.
2. UK Student Recruitment & Conversion
- Drive student applications and conversions for UK universities through the agent network.
- Support agents in counselling students on university selection, eligibility checks, documentation, and application procedures.
- Improve application quality and reduce rejections through proper pre‑screening.
- Work with admissions, operations, and visa teams to ensure timely follow-ups on offers, fees, CAS, and pre‑CAS interviews.
3. Regional Market Development
- Travel across West India for agent visits, onboarding, training sessions, and relationship management.
- Conduct market research to identify new target areas and high‑potential consultancy clusters.
- Organise micro‑events, student sessions, uni‑rep visits, and fairs to build Univive’s regional brand presence.
- Develop city-wise and state-wise business growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
4. Collaboration with Reporting Manager
- Align closely with the Reporting Manager for weekly action plans, forecasts, and intake-based targets.
- Participate in performance reviews, strategy meetings, and target-setting exercises.
- Provide structured MIS reports: funnel metrics, agent activity, revenue projections, and market gaps.
- Escalate critical issues (CAS delays, credibility concerns, compliance alerts) along with recommended solutions.
5. Relationship Management & Training
- Conduct regular training for agents on UK universities, new updates, scholarships, timelines, and compliance.
- Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with top-performing agents.
- Encourage agent participation in webinars, university visits, and recruitment events.
6. Reporting, CRM & Compliance
- Maintain 100% CRM accuracy: lead updates, application stages, documentation, and activity logs.
- Ensure compliance with UK university policies, authenticity guidelines, and ethical recruitment standards.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and intake-based performance reports.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in UK student recruitment, channel management, or agent handling.
- Strong experience in agent onboarding, training, and partner performance management.
- Understanding of UK university admissions, intakes, CAS, credibility interviews, and student visa process.
