Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth strategies. The role involves generating leads, managing partnerships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of business goals. Additionally, the position requires regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales management
- Experience with account management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct and interpret market research and industry trends
- Proven ability to meet goals under tight deadlines and work in a results-driven environment
- Hands-on experience in driving partnerships, collaborations, or alliances
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Flexibility to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
- Familiarity with the co-living or real estate sector is an advantage
