Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to the organisation's growth. Core responsibilities will include lead generation, networking, and developing strategies to engage with potential clients while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing ones.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and attract potential clients
- Proficiency in Account Management and relationship-building skills
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate deals
- Understanding of business operations and strategy to drive growth initiatives
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sustainable packaging, eco-conscious industries, or startups is a plus
