Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and promoting Unacademy’s suite of educational products and services. Responsibilities also include participating in strategic planning, negotiating contracts, and generating revenue growth to meet business targets. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities and build client relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
