Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, regional language proficiency, and a passion for market engagement
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and develop new B2B business opportunities while strengthening and expanding client relationships
- Build, manage, and consistently maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and detailed discussions to understand customer needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement and purchase heads.
- Collaborate closely with the Plant Operations team to ensure alignment on production schedules, quality standards, capacity planning, and timely delivery commitments.
- Work in coordination with the R&D team to support product development, customization, innovation, and cost optimization based on client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal abilities.
- MBA or relevant graduate degree.
- 0–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong zeal to work in the market and meet clients regularly.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
