Role Overview
We are hiring MBA freshers for our Business Development team who are keen to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. This role is designed as a Management Trainee program, offering hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle and client engagement process.
This is a revenue-focused role with clear expectations on ownership, execution, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions through consultative selling
- Deliver product presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Track and report daily sales activities, pipeline, and performance
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business/Finance) Mandatory
- Strong interest in business development and sales
- Internship experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage
