Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Bestech Business Towers, Sector-66, Mohali
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site / Hybrid) ( Local Candidates Preferred)
Key Responsibilities- Manage and generate leads through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and similar portals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and objectives.
- Identify ideal client profiles and align business solutions accordingly.
- Gather, analyze, and manage client requirements for domestic and international markets.
- Prepare professional business proposals, project timelines, and cost estimates.
- Lead client negotiations and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle emerging technologies, client communications, and resolve disputes effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong business acumen with knowledge of the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in flexible hours when required.
