Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Executive, based in Thiruvanathapuram, with the flexibility to travel on occasion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging in lead generation, and building long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, they will manage accounts, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Business and Account Management principles and practices
- Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
