About the Role:
Drive the complete sales process from lead generation to enrollment for our online and blended
learning programs. Make 100-150 daily calls to generate inquiries, demonstrate products, close
sales, and maintain strong post-sale relationships. Help potential students understand how our
courses can accelerate their career goals. This is a target-driven B2C sales role with monthly
enrollment goals.
What You'll Do:
• Engage prospects through phone calls and product demos
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets consistently
• Counsel students on career paths and program benefits
• Manage the full sales funnel from lead to close
Whom We're Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year work experience in sales (B2C preferred)
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Empathetic listeners with excellent relationship-building skills
• Disciplined, organised individuals who prioritise tasks and beat targets
• Solution-oriented with great presentation abilities
Location: Hyderabad
Pay Scale: 3.5 LPA + performance incentives
