Are you a driven sales professional with a flair for international business?
TUS Global Technologies is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead outbound growth for one of our premier global clients. In this role, you will operate as a dedicated extension of our client’s team, working from our hybrid workstation.

💼 What You Will Do:
Lead Generation & Research: Conduct deep-dive database research to identify and qualify high-value B2B prospects across global markets.
Outbound Outreach: Execute highly personalized cold emailing campaigns to initiate conversations with key decision-makers.
Client Communication: Handle daily email correspondence with international clients and prospects, ensuring a premium, professional experience.
Pipeline Management: Perform daily administrative tasks, including updating CRM systems, tracking outreach metrics, and generating performance reports.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams and the client's stakeholders to align sales strategies.
Global Representation: Travel to domestic and international industry expos and trade shows to represent the brand, network, and close deals.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
Impeccable Communication: Professional-level fluency in English (both written and spoken) is absolutely mandatory for handling international accounts.
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable and willing to commit to rotational shifts (Day and Night shifts) to align with global time zones.
Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar business development role. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other B2B databases is a major plus.
Travel-Ready: Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel domestically and overseas for business events.
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Highly organized with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and standard CRM software.
