About Turant Logistics:
Turant Logistics is a fast-growing pickup and drop service platform focused on providing reliable, quick, and affordable delivery solutions through our mobile application.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for expanding our presence across Patna by onboarding customers and delivery partners on the Turant mobile app.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers (shops, businesses, individuals) onto the Turant app
- Recruit and onboard delivery partners (riders) across different locations in Patna
- Promote the Turant app through direct field marketing and local engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and activation targets
- Provide feedback from the market to improve services and strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Must have own bike/vehicle (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Patna local areas is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
