Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic growth initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to expand the customer base and work towards achieving company objectives. This role requires a results-oriented, proactive professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver measurable success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and fostering client relationships
- Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Proficient in working independently and within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Make 80–120 cold calls daily to local businesses
- Pitch TubeHelper Lite services confidently
- Understand client needs & explain value clearly
- Send details on WhatsApp & follow up
- Maintain lead status in CRM/sheets
- Close deals and hit daily/weekly targets
