Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include researching potential markets and clients, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The role also involves managing and growing key accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The executive is expected to meet defined targets, provide regular pipeline updates, and represent the company professionally in client interactions and industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Business and market dynamics, including customer needs, competition, and value positioning.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Account Management, with capability to build relationships, retain clients, and drive account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work towards targets in a fast-paced environment.
