# **Business Development Executive (Real Estate) – Work From Office**

## About Trixis Homes
Trixis Homes is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in premium UAE property investments. We are expanding our Bangalore team and are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team.
## Key Responsibilities
* Make **300–400 outbound calls per day** using company-provided leads.
* Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities to potential clients.
* Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
* Collaborate with the sales team to maximize lead conversions.
## Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
* 0–1 years of experience in Tele Sales, BPO, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Banking, Insurance, EdTech, or similar roles.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
* Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
