# Business Development Executive (Real Estate) – Bangalore

We're expanding our Bangalore team and are looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives who are confident communicators and eager to build a rewarding career in international real estate sales.
## Key Responsibilities
* Make 300-400 calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.
* Understand customer requirements and generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Explain Dubai real estate investment opportunities professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
* Achieve daily calling and monthly meeting and appointment targets.
* Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions.
## Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* 06 Month –1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, BPO, EdTech, Banking, Insurance, or similar roles.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
* Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
