We partner with over 3,000 travel agencies across India and globally, helping them grow their businesses through verified leads, powerful tools, and actionable insights.
Role Overview
We are expanding our sales team to strengthen relationships with travel agents and support their growth through our platform.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for new travel agents who register on TripCrafters. Your primary responsibility is to call newly registered agents, explain our offering, guide them through the KYC process, collect the required documents, and ensure their account gets approved.
Your performance will be measured by the number of new agents approved each month. Once an agent is approved, their account will be assigned to an Account Manager.
This role also includes outbound reach-outs to unregistered travel agents, support for marketing-driven sign-ups, and handling incoming calls and emails on the common support line.
Who Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with travel agents in English & Hindi
- Ability to clearly explain features, processes, and requirements.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and high outreach volume.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership of documentation and approvals.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers welcome).
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, onboarding, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.

Goregaon East, Mumbai & Kalyani Nagar, Banglore
Timings
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays off

Compensation
Total Compensation: 3.6 to 4.2 LPA, Including Variable
