Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s HR consulting services. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, conducting client presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role combines elements of client acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills including lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and deliver impactful client pitches
- Understanding of HR consulting services, including recruitment, compliance, organizational development, and performance management systems
- Proficiency in creating proposals, managing accounts, and building long-term client relationships
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and drive data-based decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and achieve business growth goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in HR or consulting industry is an advantage
