We are hiring: Business Development Executive (ERP Sales)
Tri-Bee Software Solutions is looking for a confident and driven professional to help grow our Midas ERP business.
Role: Business Development Executive
Type: Full-time
Qualification: Any Degree
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet potential clients and present Midas ERP
- Conduct product demos (in-person and virtual)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Handle negotiations and close deals independently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Travel Requirement:
This is a field sales role. Candidates must be open to frequent travel, including outstation client meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Proven ability to close deals
- Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
Compensation:
- Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
- Travel allowance
