Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with clients' business goals and maintain reports on sales activities to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential clients.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business operations to build and maintain successful client partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey ideas, negotiate, and present strategies to clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, performance metrics, and industry trends is a plus.
