Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Development Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, managing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include representing the company during client meetings, preparing proposals, and contributing to the creation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and proactively approach potential clients
- Proficiency in Business strategy and planning for achieving revenue targets and expanding market reach
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and teams
- Experience in Account Management to cultivate and maintain durable client relationships
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the taxation, consulting, or professional services domain is a plus
