Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram location. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering growth in the logistics sector. The role also includes building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to the company’s strategic sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to pursue and enhance growth opportunities
- Skills in Business and Account Management for effectively handling client portfolios and fostering partnerships
- Strong Communication skills to engage clients, negotiate contracts, and convey information clearly
- Experience or knowledge in the freight and logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
