Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune Division. The role involves driving new business development, generating leads, engaging with prospects, and managing client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and fostering client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients
- Strong knowledge of Business operations and strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Outstanding Communication skills, including the ability to clearly present proposals and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial services or technology sector is a plus
