TNM Studios is a growing media production house specializing in high-impact commercial photography and video production. Having established a footprint in specialized sectors, we are now expanding our reach to partner with global advertising agencies and brands across all industries—from luxury fashion and home decor to tech and D2C.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is not just a "closer," but a creative strategist. You will be the face of the studio, responsible for opening doors with decision-makers at agencies and corporate marketing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with Creative Directors, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers at top-tier advertising agencies and corporate brands.
Sector Expansion: Actively research and pitch production services to diverse industries (Fashion, Lifestyle, Real Estate, etc.) to diversify our project portfolio.
Relationship Management: Manage the entire lead lifecycle—from the first "hello" to contract signing and long-term retention.
Collaborative Pitching:Work closely with the creative team to tailor pitch decks, moodboards, and production concepts that solve specific client problems.
Market Positioning: Highlight our unique value propositions, such as our high-speed post-production workflows and innovative visual storytelling, to win competitive bids.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:1–3 years in Business Development or Client Servicing, preferably within a creative agency, production house, or media tech environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate creative concepts as business solutions.
Networker: A natural ability to build rapport and navigate professional platforms like LinkedIn to find the right stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar).
Passion for Media: While you don’t need to be a photographer, you must have an "eye" for high-quality visual content and understand the production process.
