Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-oriented and self-motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our Corporate Childcare Solutions division while also contributing to parent engagement and admissions support at our centers.
The role combines corporate outreach, relationship management, business development and parent counseling. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, building relationships and representing the Tiny Tots brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Business Development
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach and field visits.
- Build relationships with HR, Admin and Facility Management teams.
- Introduce Tiny Tots Corporate Childcare Solutions to prospective organizations.
- Schedule and attend meetings with corporate decision-makers.
- Present daycare partnership models and childcare support solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Share brochures, proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on opportunities and support business closure activities.
2. Parent Counseling & Admissions Support
- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective parents visiting Tiny Tots branches.
- Understand parent requirements and guide them regarding preschool, daycare and activity center programs.
- Explain Tiny Tots' philosophy, curriculum and childcare approach.
- Support branch teams in admissions counseling and inquiry handling.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Follow up with parent inquiries and support admission conversions.
- Represent the Tiny Tots brand with warmth, professionalism and care.
3. Relationship Management
- Build long-term professional relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Tiny Tots.
- Create trust and credibility through consultative interactions.
- Support networking initiatives and community engagement activities.
4. LinkedIn & Brand Development
- Support corporate outreach through LinkedIn networking.
- Connect with HR professionals, Admin Heads and decision-makers.
- Share and engage with Tiny Tots content on LinkedIn.
- Assist in strengthening the Tiny Tots corporate presence and visibility.
- Contribute ideas for employer branding and thought leadership initiatives.
5. Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a lead database and opportunity tracker.
- Record meetings, follow-ups and proposal status.
- Share daily activity updates and weekly progress reports.
- Track business development activities and pipeline movement.
- Work closely with management on strategy and growth initiatives.
6. Ideal Candidate Profile

-Preferred Experience:
- 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Acquisition, Admissions Counseling, Relationship Management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience in the Education, Childcare, Healthcare, HR Services, Corporate Services, Hospitality, or other service-oriented industries will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Compensation based on prior experience.
- Perfomance based Incentive Strucuture
