Role Overview
We’re looking for a Growth & Sales Lead who can take charge of driving revenue, generating leads, and closing deals across our cybersecurity services and training programs.
This role is ideal for someone who’s confident, proactive, and eager to grow in the cybersecurity and B2B tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across industries (corporates, educational institutions, and startups).
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and partnerships.
- Pitch ThreatBlock’s offerings clearly — Training, Consulting, and Security Products.
- Conduct online demos or client meetings, and follow up to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to create effective campaigns and strategies.
- Track leads, progress, and results using CRM tools and maintain weekly sales reports.
- Stay updated with cybersecurity trends to tailor pitches and conversations effectively.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, IT, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven attitude.
