Your Role (This Is International Sales, Not Internship Work)
You are entering the frontline of revenue.
You will:
1. Sell to Global Founders
- Interact with USA, UAE & Canada-based clients
- Pitch:
- Website funnels (conversion-first)
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Influencer-led growth campaigns
- Content-driven lead generation systems
- Handle objections and push deals toward closure
If you’re uncomfortable selling → this role will expose it fast.
2. Think Like a Growth Consultant
You’re not pitching services.
You’re diagnosing problems:
- Why is the client not getting leads?
- Where is the funnel breaking?
- Why are ads not converting?
Then you recommend solutions that make them money.
3. Own Revenue, Not Tasks
- Help close deals
- Improve retention
- Increase client lifetime value
- Track:
- Leads
- Conversion rates
- Booked calls
- Renewals
No vanity metrics. Only numbers that affect revenue.
4. Work Directly With a High-Execution Team
You’ll be working closely with a team shaped by IIT Delhi problem-solving standards:
- Fast execution
- Clear thinking
- Zero tolerance for fluff
If you need step-by-step instructions daily, this won’t work.
What You’re Actually Selling
You’re selling outcomes:
- More qualified leads
- Better conversion rates
- Predictable growth systems
Not:
- “Content packages”
- “Posting plans”
- “Engagement hacks”
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
- You can communicate clearly (written + verbal)
- You’re comfortable talking to international clients
You understand:
- Sales > marketing jargon
- Funnels > random posting
- You can think logically under pressure
- You take ownership without being chased

- Degrees (including IIT—yes, seriously)
- Certifications
- Fancy resumes
