Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research and industry insights.
• Generate leads and conduct outreach to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Hiring, Operations, and Accounts teams to deliver the best client experience.
What We’re Looking For
• 1.5–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or related roles within Recruitment & Staffing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to research markets and identify growth opportunities.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with HR/Recruitment processes and CRM tools is a plus.
Work Details
🕙 Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
💼 Salary Range: Based on experience
