Business Development Executive (Freshers)
Compensation:
₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Deliver effective sales presentations and client pitches
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain sales pipelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare reports on sales activities and client interactions
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and discussions
Requirements:
- A dynamic and results-driven professional focused on company growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning
