🏠 We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (Home Interiors)— The Kadiwa Studio, Pune
At The Kadiwa Studio, we craft luxury residential interiors — from modular kitchens to full home transformations. As we grow, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us connect with the right clients and expand our reach across Pune.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new client leads through referrals, networking, site visits, and digital channels
- Handle initial client conversations, understand project requirements, and schedule design consultations
- Follow up on leads systematically and maintain an updated client pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align client expectations with studio capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (interior design / real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Confident personality with a consultative, non-pushy sales approach
- Familiarity with Pune's residential real estate and premium housing landscape is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized
